🚨❌ 拜仁慕尼黑足球俱乐部与球探主管尼尔斯·施马特克经协商一致同意分道扬镳。俱乐部确认：“在基于相互信任的讨论后，双方同意提前终止雇佣合同。”

He will leave the club on January 31, 2027. Schmadtke, however, has already been released from his duties with immediate effect and is no longer involved in day-to-day operations.

Max Eberl: „Nils Schmadtke has been a tremendous support over the past two years in the areas of scouting and first-team squad planning. As Head of Scouting, he has shaped the department with many new ideas. I would like to thank him for his excellent work and wish him all the very best for the future.”

Nils Schmadtke: “Working for FC Bayern was a special responsibility and a great honour. I am proud of how we have restructured scouting over the past two years, both for the first team and for the talents at the Campus. My special thanks go to my team for their passion, expertise and outstanding collaboration. I leave with a positive feeling and wish the club and everyone involved all the very best for the future.”
